Made to measure, in under 5 days
Most orders are customer-specific. Wheels are machined on modern CNC equipment to any offset within the range, with turnaround under 5 days from receipt of order, as the company states.

Designed with FEA and FEM
Finite element analysis and modelling tools shape each design, including flow-forming technology on the newer ranges.
Prime aluminium ingot
Road wheels use prime LM25 (A356) alloy. Race wheels use a modified high-magnesium LM25 (A356.2).
Heat treated
Race wheels are solution heat treated and age hardened to 80 to 90 BHR.
CNC machined
Machined to any offset within a wheel's range. Two more units at Sherwood Energy Village and new CNC machines were added to shorten delivery times.
100% pressure tested
Every wheel is pressure tested.
X-ray inspected
Every wheel is inspected by X-ray.
